Well, now I'm back I'm working on refining the Itheriel storyline, I've decided on a few things but there are still a few holes that need filling up. Vel, perhaps you could help?

Not much interesting happening in my life at the moment except I've developed a taste for peach-flavoured iced tea. Oh, and I've been coerced into doing a violin solo at the yr 12 music night, heck knows how that happened. I haven't done a solo piece for over 5 years, and I've never polished a piece in my entire life, which is not really such a good thing. So, anyway, I have until next friday night to learn, perfect and polish a new piece, and play it unembarassingly with an accompanist. Considering the second page is all chords (mostly thirds and octaves, including octave trills) and the cadenza is a four octave chromatic scale in one bar starting from a VERY high b flat, I think I'm going to die. Oh, and I can't stuff it up, I'm playing with a perfectionistic accompanist. (sigh)

HELP ME NOW!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and I need to arrange a time to pick up the raffle ticket butts and money before next saturday!

Um, well, the only thing of slight interest is that my arm is dying yet again... Too much violin on the weekend... Oh, and we didn't get to keep the rainbow :(:(:(:(:(:(....

On another note, I'm doing the first violin solo I've done for years at the PC music night, It's the Weniawski Legend piece, and it's really pretty. I've only got three weeks though, and I'm not quite sure whether it'll be ready...

Vel, you'll NEVER guess who I saw last night......

well, I'm updating. I have almost nothing to say, except that my bird flew away ages ago, right, and I saw an ad in the paper in the "pets and livestock" section on wednesday that said "found: one multicoloured bird, tame pet, red neckband." Well, it sounded like him alright, but we went to see it and it wasn't him. :( Oh well... The people think he's a pain in the neck and they don't have anywhere to keep him, so we can have him if nobody rings over the weekend and picks him up. I suppose that's a plus, but I still miss Rain...

On another note, I have started my leavers' book and submitted my quote for the myola (our yearbook). So it's getting close to the end of the year... it's strange, I only have like 28 days until the end of school!!! YESSS!!!!!

Ahem. I'm glad you're selling the tickets, Vel, and I have more chocolates to sell... Dammit, this fundraising is really getting on my nerves! Although the trip to Europe is well worth it I guess. We have tour beanies :p...

I'm now starting to work on my Itheriel manga thing, It's turning out quite well already, I have some funky character designs, and I seem to be improving slightly...

Yay! well, hiyaz there everybody and welcome to ExCiTeMeNt!!!!! lol. not really. I've been working on my new manga idea... It's about an angel who gets sent to Earth before he can become an archangel (cliche), and when he goes there he sees a whole lot of nasty goings-on and since he died at birth before he became an angel, he wasn't prepared for the shock. So, anyways, he goes completely insane, and the burden of this forces him to close up his eyes to be able to suppress the insanity and be somewhat normal, and the aforementioned burden manifests itself as a sort of demon that clings to his back. The upshot of this is that whenever he turns around and someone looks directly at his back, they see the hideous demon thing and die instantly of fright. The only thing is that Itheriel (the angel guy, Sekiru is his "earth" name) has his eyes closed all the time and therefore can't see what he has done, he just thinks the people have "gone away" and gets all lonely. Oh, and he has to obey every human command because he's about to become a protector, right. So if someone tells him to open his eyes and look what he's done, he goes all crazy again and the demon falls off his back because he's facing his feelings. His wings and halo return, and he tries to make up for all the things he's done but ends up hurting, killing or scarring those around him. Interesting, no? I need some help with characters other than him and a nice lil plotline, but other than that I think it's ok...

I have a few things to do with Itheriel, a few sketches and the like that'll be put on my page or something, or at least linked to sooner or later. Oh, and a song thingy that I made up about him while I was in the bath pondering. I do some of the best artistic ponderings of my life when in tha bath. People think I'm nuts. They're absolutely right.

Well, at least my hair looks more normal now. It's been washed and it's all soft and fluffy... The best it's been in years! I'm nearing the end of year 12 yet the end of my tether seems closer. Oh, and Chemistry can go jump in a pit full of ravenous vultures for all I care. Electrochemistry in particular. I've just had a double period french lesson on the subjunctive tense. I don't eve know what that is in english, let alone a language I've been learning for about 6 years. I need a break, and I'm not talking about weekends.

OOOOkay..

I got my hair cut today... Well, not so much cut as mowed. Hehe... well, it's shorter anyway. It looks really nice, although it adds about 10 years... I seriously look like I'm in my late 20's... Yikes...

Enough about that now, I'm blogging again if you haven't noticed, I've been rather bogged down with Lit assignments, French Exams (had the big Alliance one today... REEEEEALLY easy :P) and other unimportant school things.

Weekends should come in boxes of 10. Or 12 to round off the number nicely. They should also come with an extra 20%... Ah well, only about 8 weeks to go, a large amount of stress and the possibility of my arm completely packing up on me to go before the Chrissie holidays...

Oh, and I still have my cold.

Cold viruses should be eliminated. Slowly. And painfully. Preferably with something nasty like a miniaturised, sharpened cheese grater.

Unwelcome back school. I've decided that once I get to uni I'm never looking back. School is getting to me big time, it's making me do strange things... I think i need help :P.

Well, I've also decided that Weird Al Yankovic is the best music dude ever... Polka Power is hilarious as is Albuquerque. Oh, and the Truck Driver's song... And all the other ones... I went and downloaded them all last night to put on my MP3 player... Great fun at school in study.

Um, that's about it I guess. Been drawing a lot, and as soon as I've finished the pics I'll post them on my site. too much to do... too much to do... back to my chem essay.

Back from Denmark... I went for about 5 days, which is why I've been silent. I'm still stoked about the new layout, and I'm going off to New Norcia tomorrow for my last school music camp ever. It'll be fun, but since I've just spent 5 hours in a car I'm kinda miffed about getting up at 7:00 am tomorrow to be on a bus by 8. grr...

Oh well, I've been watching heaps of movies, my favourite ones: Beetle juice and Interview with the vampire. I'd seen Interview before, but it's better the second and third times, believe me. I had to watch it again just so I could draw Lestat, (the sexy beast) but take out all of the Tom Cruise. Unfortunately, without the Tom Cruise, Lestat looks quite unnatractive (or is it just my drawing?)... (...yes, I think it is)... (damn.), although his eyes are still cool. I'll post it as soon as it's finished and I can get to a scanner, which will probably take a while cuz of camp. I guess I'll post again in a few days... if the monks don't get me first... :p

Pageant is now officially OVER!!!!! YAY!!!!! WOHOO!!!! PAR-TAY!!!!!! lol, ok, I'm over it... ... now.

Well, I'm on holidays now, wishing I had something to do... everyone seems to be away or depressed, or busy in some way. grr... ah well, I guess i'll just have to keep playing Diablo 2 until either I get bored of it or what's left of my brain dissolves completely...

Ecch... now that I'm over the whole pageant thing... I'm glad it's over, on the last night I had a massive coughing fit on stage... I've got some evil lung/throat/cough infection thing, had it for a week now. It was all good until the last night, when it decided that I needed to bark all the way through the best scene of the play... and my folks were in the audience too... ALL of them...

Right, now, pageant. Shool centenary pageant... 4th night tonight out of 6, voice going, cold growing... AAARGH. Well, it's a HELL of a lot of fun, but me in a nun's habit is sorta... wel... hypocritical? (VEl, shaddup!!!) Ah well... I play Sister Emily: a nun (mother superior, mind you <--ego trip), Susan: a schoolgirl from the 70's (VERY short skirt... uuugh) and represent the entire boarding house wearing an akubra hat. No, I'm not a boarder, I think the drama coordinator must have been in a strange mood when she cast the whole thing... The parts went to very weird people. Well, it's fun, and we get to rag the living heck out of our headmistress under the guise of a very tongue-in-cheek bible-style reading thing, so I guess it's ok. Ack... incense...

On another note, had a great time at Leareth's place saturday night, got introduced to a couple of anime/manga things that sound interesting, mainly Ebichu... Apparently a housekeeping hamster... I'm not sure but it sounds good so I'll have a look. Also someone had a manga (sorry I'm terrible with names 0_o)called "Fake" which was really good... I'm looking for translations right now. The pictures were good though... Freaky as hell, with a serial killer guy that cuts limbs etc. off people and then keeps them alive with intravenous drips, while doing freakish things to them, like scalping them and growing orchids out of their brains... It's very me...

Hey everyone...

The reason I haven't blogged lately is coz a few things have happened. Well, mostly preparations for the ball saturday...

By the way, Sab, I'll post lots of photos!!!

The other thing is that, today, a friend of mine's dad died. He passed away last night, and we don't know how or anything, at school today everyone was just plain depressed, it was like everyone had been hit with something, we were all just shocked. This is the girl who is going to have the ball afters as well, and despite everything she's called in to say that yes, they are still on. Amazing on her part, she's being really strong. I'm really sorry for her though, I hope she can cope.

As for me, I'm still a bit shocked about the whole thing, I came home and had the first real cry I've had for a few years. Strange, cuz I almost never cry.

Red dragons are the most vile and crafty of all the dragons. They are also the most dangerous of all dragons. As such they are the Fire Elemental dragons. My favorable attributes are Summer, the sword, fire, courage, passion, will power, and leadership. If dragons went to war, they'd rally behind me in a snap. Well, me or a Copper Dragon. But those Coppers are wusses anyway, and I could beat one up to take command. In fact, I probably would considering my breath weapon is good old fashioned Fire, and plenty of it. Oh it's good to be the king.

It's true, isn't it. (sigh) During biology today I decided that it's bad for your head, and just to prove that, I wrote a little story/conversation thing. It's posted here if you are interested at all for any strange reason. The hypothesis up the top was from an experiment we were supposed to write on, and formed the base for my insane rambling.

Oh, and in French class, I wrote another poem.

Well, I'm off to a play thingy tonight, Beowulf, I think some guy just sits and broadcasts some weird story at you about some monster or other... I'm bringing my sketchbook, if you know what I mean...

Sab? 1: Yes, I did see the Vanellissa/coat thing and I still think you are VERY good... So don't crap on them :p
2: Don't use a scalpel with tones if you can help it, you can't etch, believe me. I started off with a scalpel, they're okay for cutting the tones but you need the back of a cutter blade to etch with... They coust like 95 cents, so don't be afraid of buying one like I was :p
3: The pic on my blog is stuffed cuz the ppl at Yahoo keep changing the addy for the pic... GRRRRRR..... so that means I have to as well.
4: I've been drawing for a little over two years.Oh, and I started copying Eva pics too :p
